Trudeau Kane, PLLC is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, tax planning, or related private client work. The firm is newly formed, but the practice is not new. Trudeau Kane is a boutique law firm focused on estate planning, estate and trust administration, taxation, and business planning, built by 2 established, board-certified attorneys with long-standing client relationships and deep roots in the Northeast Florida estate planning and tax community. The firm’s attorneys serve as trusted advisors to high-net-worth families and business owners, pairing deep technical expertise with a practical, solutions-oriented approach to deliver sophisticated, tailored counsel that preserves wealth and supports legacy goals. About the Role
You will support high-net-worth individuals, business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, families, fiduciaries, and charitable organizations with estate planning, probate and trust administration, tax-related planning, business succession, asset protection, charitable giving, and related private client matters.
The strongest candidate will bring sound judgment, strong drafting ability, excellent communication skills, and a sincere interest in serving clients with professionalism, discretion, and care.
