Tyson & Mendes is looking for an experienced Insurance Defense Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our Los Angeles team.
This isn't an opportunity to simply inherit another stack of files. We're looking for experienced litigators who want meaningful case ownership, sophisticated work, courtroom experience, direct client relationships, and the opportunity to grow into the future leaders of Team LA.
Our associates have the opportunity to manage matters, develop strategy, take and defend depositions, argue motions, attend mediations, work directly with clients and carriers, and prepare cases for trial.
You'll work on a broad range of matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, general and premises liability, transportation and trucking, construction related litigation, hospitality matters, medical malpractice, habitability, and complex high exposure litigation.
Our Los Angeles office is led by David Frishman, Branch Managing Partner and a leader of the Los Angeles Complex Trial Team. David brings extensive litigation and trial experience handling complex and high exposure matters. Pasted text
