We're ideally looking for someone with 1-3 years of practicing experience. • Manage and support a diverse caseload from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Collaborate directly with clients and senior attorneys on litigation strategy
• Develop strong advocacy skills in both written and oral formats
• Take ownership of your work and contribute meaningfully to case outcomes

 We are Seeking: 

• Minimum of 1–3 years of litigation experience (civil defense strongly preferred)
• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Motivated to build your professional reputation and grow within a firm
