The hybrid position pays up to $140K with full benefits DOE.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case preparation.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in estate planning and family law matters, providing clients with informed legal advice.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal proceedings, including landlord-tenant disputes and personal injury cases.
• Maintain organized case files and manage legal administrative tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
