The Human Capital Business Unit Liaison plays a key role in supporting business objectives through effective people processes. This role provides hands‑on exposure to the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Human Capital operations and employee experience. The position reports directly to the Manager.
Supportend‑to‑end onboarding and offboardingprocesses, ensuring a smooth employee experience,accuratedata, and compliance with company policies
Provide day‑to‑day support on Human Capital matters in line with company policies and procedures
Contribute tocontinuous improvement initiativesbyidentifyinggaps and supporting the implementation of enhanced Human Capital processes and employee engagement programs
Maintain and update employee data, documentation, and Human Capital systems with accuracy and confidentiality
Support employee relations activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Prepare basic Human Capital reports and insights to support decision‑making and process improvement
Participate in organizational change initiatives
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver effective Human Capital services and initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field withminimumGPA 3.00 out of 400
Demonstrates strongattention to detailwith the ability to manage employee data and documentation accurately
Strongcreative and analytical thinkingskills to develop innovative ideas and solve complex challenges
Demonstratedinitiative and proactivenessin driving tasks, projects, and issue resolution
Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities and follows through to completion with minimal supervision
Able to adapt and thrive in achallenging, fast‑paced environment,demonstratinglearning agility and a positive mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across all levelsfrom junior to seniorof the organization
Comfortable working withtechnology, data tools, and Microsoft Office
