
The Associate Assistant to the Archbishop handles a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and works independently with limited or no supervision. Taking direction from the Archbishop, Priest-Secretary, Chancellor, and Executive Assistant, this position requires acute attention to detail, the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, while remaining flexible and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
The core role requires significant data entry, preparation, editing, and proofreading of documents, and communicating and keeping track of various tasks assigned to others. It also requires flexibility as various needs and projects arise.
Mission:
The successful candidate for this position is a practicing Roman Catholic committed to the Mission of the Church through the support of the ministry of the Archbishop of Baltimore. This person must understand the importance of her/his role in working with the faithful of the Church in a variety of ways.
