Job Title: Associate Architect I
Duties
• Analyze business and functional requirements from Fidelity stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and develop responsive web applications using Angular for front-end development and Java with Spring Boot for backend services.
• Develop reusable UI components, modules, and services using Angular frameworks to ensure consistency and maintainability.
• Build and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot to support enterprise-grade application functionality.
• Write efficient, clean, and well-documented code following secure coding practices and software development standards.
• Integrate front-end components with backend services and third-party systems to enable seamless end-to-end application workflows.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with QA teams to support test case development, defect resolution, and validation of application functionality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to support iterative development.
• Support application deployment, release management, and environment configuration across development, testing, and production environments.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and security best practices within applications to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, API documentation, and deployment guides.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and apply best practices to improve application performance and development efficiency.
Requirement: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, plus one year of experience in a related occupation. Will accept a combination of education and experience amounting to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree equivalent as determined by a qualified evaluation service. Travel/relocation required as jobs will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
