DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design
Support review ofarchitectural standards and scopes
Assistwith review ofAligned’sreference designstandard, ensuringcompliance, innovation, lessons learned, and alignment with customer and code requirements.
Participatein design quality control reviews across all phases
Supportpreparationofcontentand materialsforinternal businessapprovals
Assistwith conceptual and directional design decisions
Supportsite evaluations, test fits, and Aligned’sreal estate due diligenceefforts
Assistwith expansion and renovation projects & upgradestoexistinglegacyfacilities
Execution
Support technical investigations andproblemsolvingefforts
Assistinvalidateproject readiness for service from a technical standpoint.
Support troubleshooting of building performance issues undertheguidance of senior staff
Participate in coordination meetings (design and construction).
Revenue
Support review of customer-driven deviations from standard designs
Assistin evaluations of assets under consideration for acquisition

STRONGLY DESIRED WORKING EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF:
Project Management Software (Procore,Autodesk Construction Cloud,etc.)
Knowledge and experience working withRevit,Bluebeam, AutoCAD
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
ProfessionalDegree in Architecture (B.ArchM.Arch), orrelatedfield
Minimum of2years of design or project management experience.
Architecture license notrequired; interest in pursuing licensure preferred.
Basic understanding of building systems (structural, architectural, MEP).
Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.
Interest inleveragingAI-enabled tools to improvedesign/engineeringefficiency, quality, and decision-making across workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Abilityto manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
Collaborative mindsetand willingness to learn.
Ability to understand construction project scopes
