As our Finance team continues to grow, we are looking to hire associate and senior associate lawyers to join the team. Our Finance Team is recognised as a pioneer in its field with vast experience in all types of debt transactions including green transition focused projects as well as financial regulatory matters. Job Description and Responsibilities

Your job description and responsibilities may vary slightly depending on your prior experience and level of seniority.

As an associate, you will work alongside more experienced colleagues on a range of finance-related projects and transactions. Your tasks will include drafting, commenting on, and reviewing legal documents, carrying out research, dealing with authorities, and coordinating projects.

As a senior associate, your role in projects will focus both on legal questions and project management. You will have the opportunity to use your mentoring and coaching skills when working with project teams, as well as contribute to the client work and business development.

Skills and Requirements

We are now looking for a team member who:

• has approximately 2–4 years (associate) or 4+ years (senior associate) of practical experience as a lawyer
• is interested in all types of debt transactions
• experience in project finance and infrastructure and energy projects is considered an advantage
• strives for premium quality and is service-minded
• possesses strong interpersonal skills
• is fluent in Finnish and English
