The Analyst is responsible for managing parts or customers to ensure delivery metrics are met. He/she will monitor and drive on-time delivery performance, coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve supply issues, and proactively communicate delivery status to stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure customer commitments are fulfilled.

Competency Level:

Educational Background:

Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Production Engineering or any supply chain, business, engineering, or a related discipline.

With industry certification or good scholastic record is an advantage.

Experience:

  • 2 – 4 years equivalent work experience in a semiconductor and electronics manufacturing or similar industry

Knowledge, skill and abilities:

  • Has good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented, analytical & organized.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment to quickly analyze situations and make informed decisions.
  • Good in excel and other Microsoft office applications.
  • Background on Project management
  • Must be resourceful, and assertive.
  • Good in documentation and report generation skills.
  • With knowledge in SAP, PROMIS or MES Systems is a advantage
  • With background on tableau and SQL is an advantage

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and drive on-time delivery performance to meet customer commitments and delivery metrics.
  • Manage parts and customer accounts, ensuring proactive communication on delivery status and updates.
  • Analyze CRD and FCD gaps, constraint analysis, and drive forecast/supply review to attain program goals.
  • Analyze and identify potential supply risk, proactively resolve bottleneck and constraint issues.
  • Deep dive analysis of "at risk" orders and identification of trends in area and/or cause of planned delivery lateness.
  • Preparation of Root Cause / Corrective Action summary reports in response to customer escalations.
  • Inform and respond clearly and timely to all queries from customer team
  • Coordinate with planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams to resolve supply issues and ensure customer commitments are fulfilled.
