Responsibilities:

Pricing Execution

  • Coordinate daily fuel pricing across retail gas stations by collecting market and field information, determining prices, and communicating pricing decisions accurately and on time.

  • Engage a wide variety of stakeholders including station operators, operations management, trading and supply teams, pricing execution, performance optimization, and IT on day‑to‑day execution, training, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and distribute reports and statistical analyses on pricing activity, market conditions, and performance outcomes.

Operating Model Improvement

  • Support the evolution of retail pricing execution capabilities.

  • Positive, “will do” attitude when faced with ambiguity, time‑sensitive decisions, and changing market conditions.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience demonstrating organizational, analytical, and communication skills, increasing responsibility, and measurable business impact.

Humble. Hungry. Smart. Does this sound like you?
Do others describe you as someone who seeks diversity – not validation – when approaching decisions and solving problems? A team captain who recognizes and celebrates individual and group wins? Someone who is guided by principles, not rules, and believes mistakes are opportunities for learning and continuous improvement? Someone who recognizes there is more than one way to solve a problem? You sound brilliant to work with!
