Job Description

Performs analytical and operational services that enable the team to function efficiently. Major accountabilities:

• Knowledge of well established procedures or a set of un varying routines possibly covered by a set of rules.
• Follows documentation or clear custom and practice.
• Solves problems which are defined and repetitive.
• Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
• Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

Key performance indicators:

• Compliance with requirements -Required tasks done according to their priority, set deadlines and in good quality.
