
The Associate Analyst for Medical Analytics is responsible for driving large-scale analytics projects using innovating analytics methodologies that guide critical business decisions across Medical functions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead design of advanced medical analytics to identify clinical care gaps using patient-level claims, EHR, and EMR data.
· Develop scalable analytics frameworks for patient cohort identification, disease progression, therapy adherence, and referral pathway analysis.
· Deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics, including APLD, SQL, Snowflake, Dataiku/Alteryx, and data storytelling.
· Drive innovation through predictive and prescriptive analytics leveraging statistical modeling, machine learning, and visualization techniques.
· Champion integration of digital analytics, including measurement of digital engagement, virtual interactions, and real-time KPI dashboards.
Skills:
· Advanced technical expertise in SQL, Python, R, Dataiku, APLD, and HEOR cohort analytics.
· Working knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.

The candidate should be able work in high performing team fostering a collaborative and innovative mindset.
Additional qualifications are as follows:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, analytics, pharmacy, or a related field.
· Minimum 0-2 years of experience in healthcare analytics, pharmaceutical analytics, or related domains.
