Job Description

We are looking for a BTech graduate to join our team as an Analyst, MarTech. The candidate should possess strong technical skills and an interest in marketing and data analytics. This position will focus on the execution of marketing technology through data projects and implementation. Responsibilities include requirement gathering by discussing with marketing teams and be able to translate business needs through designing, developing, and implementing marketing automation & technology while ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform business needs through data in designing best suitable marketing technologies
  • Able to develop and complete end to end testing to implement the product
  • Generate analysis to measure the performance of marketing channels and platforms to support decision-making
  • Transform complex and granular data into actionable insights for product enablement
  • Track ongoing outcomes, reports and manage priorities for marketing needs.
  • Sharing findings with business teams through reports and presentations on a timely basis.
  • Support data enablement for marketing products to ensure accurate tracking of user interactions.
  • Collaborate with the data governance team to maintain data quality, governance and compliance.

Technical Skills:

  • Marketing Tools: Google analytics, Marketing Intelligence, SFMC, Adobe analytics etc.
  • Other Tools: Experience with tools like SQL, Excel, Python, Alteryx etc.
  • Data Visualization: Skills in creating visual representations of data to convey insights using platforms like Excel, Looker Studio, Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in engineering or technology
  • Strong understanding of technological tools in marketing and data analytics, enablement, and data collection methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Salesforce Marketing Platform (SFMC), viz Aprimo, Widen etc. will be good to have
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
