• Responsible for independently managing all day-to-day payroll activities including co-ordination with the key internal teams as well as ensure to an accurate and timely payroll on monthly basis.
• Preparation of full and final settlements and ensure the same is checked
• Share the F&F inputs with Payroll Vendor and validated the F&F working
• Responsible for accurate and timely payment of applicable taxes and filing related returns for TDS, PF, PT, LWF, etc.
• Maintain accurate month closing including Payroll Accounting, Provisions, Monthly Payroll Variance analysis, Payroll and related liability account reconciliation.
• Managed annual salary revisions, promotions & restructure the compensation
• Guiding employees around Salary, Deductions, Investment Declarations etc.
• Responsible for providing necessary information and explanations for internal and external audits
• Coordinating for periodical actuarial valuation
• Ensure appropriate and timely taxation of the employees and issue Form 16
• Reduce manual activities in salary processing & reports through automation/enhancements with the help of IT team
• Bachelor /Master degree; with 3 years’ experience in supporting business processing, Service operations or HR services.
• Knowledge of Payroll Processing & Exit Process is must
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service ethos with a track record of process improvement.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data , situations
• Strong analytical skills, logical thinking and process oriented.
