Atlanta based position requiring one onsite meeting bi-weekly

The Associate AI Product Strategist supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) products and initiatives. Working under the guidance of senior product strategy leaders, this role assists with product intake, requirements gathering, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and product lifecycle activities using both agile and traditional project methodologies. The Associate AI Product Strategist collaborates with cross-functional teams to support the successful development, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI products that advance organizational objectives.

This position will work onsite 1 day/week every other week at our Northlake Parkway office location in Atlanta.

RESONSIBILITIES:

Product Planning and Project Coordination:

  • Assist with the intake, routing, evaluation, and tracking of AI project requests, product ideas, and related inquiries.
  • Analyze market research, customer feedback, surveys, and internal data to support product planning and prioritization.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, workflow diagrams, project plans, agile boards, presentations, wireframes, and other project documentation.
  • Assist with developing, managing, and prioritizing product backlogs, including features, epics, and user stories.
  • Partner with project and program management teams to support project governance, reporting, and delivery standards.

Business Analysis and Requirements Management:

  • Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, and meetings to identify business needs and opportunities for AI solutions.
  • Gather, document, and refine functional requirements for AI products and translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collect and analyze customer, operational, and product data to support solution design and product development.
  • Document product enhancement requests, issues, and defects throughout the product lifecycle.

Communication, Training, and Change Enablement:

  • Prepare project status reports, risk logs, issue logs, presentations, and other communications for leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Assist in coordinating AI-related educational events, workshops, conferences, panels, and learning sessions.
  • Support product communications, release documentation, newsletters, training materials, adoption strategies, and change management initiatives to promote successful implementation and sustained utilization of AI products.
  • Contribute to initiatives that promote team engagement, knowledge sharing, and organizational capability development.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Development, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0 - 2 of experience in product management, product strategy, marketing, platform management, project management, program management, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Required)
    • Strong verbal, written, visual, and presentation communication skills.
    • Knowledge of product management, product marketing, project management, and agile development methodologies.
    • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret customer, market, and business data to support product planning and decision-making.
    • Foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts with a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning.
    • Ability to document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process improvements.
    • Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
    • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools used to support project planning, documentation, and presentations.
    • Demonstrated interest in healthcare technology and the application of AI to improve operational and business outcomes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Coursework toward or completion of an advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1+ or more years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, software development, product management, or a related field.
  • Experience working on a product team or within a software development environment.
  • Experience supporting healthcare operations, digital health initiatives, or healthcare technology projects.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple timelines and dependencies.
  • Experience supporting product adoption and organizational change management initiatives.
  • Certification - Project management, Agile, Product Management, Lean Six Sigma, Process Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Design Thinking, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Epic, or other related certifications.
