Job Description

Our client is a Leading Finance Company, they are currently seeking for an Associate (Administrative Support - Digitalisation Office) to join their team.

Associate (Administrative Support - Digitalisation Office)

Responsibilities:

To provide internal administrative support to department including coordinate meeting, prepare correspondence, arrange business travel, expenses processing, training, inter- departmental logistics support and etc.
To support project administration works including maintain finance record, procurement support, project meeting coordination, report, data input, documentation and etc.
To support ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

Relevant experience gained in financial institutions or sizeable companies or minimum of 3 years administrative experience in major organizations, preferably gained in financial or banking industry
Independent, self motivated, with good analytical and interpersonal skill
Strong PC skills ( word , excel , PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
Experience in working in a dynamic, multinational team environment a plus
