Job Description

The Acquisitions & Investment Team is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities that drive Digital Realty’s global growth strategy. The APAC team sources and underwrites data center acquisitions, platform investments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships across APAC. Working closely with senior leadership, capital markets, development, legal, and operations teams, the group plays a central role in expanding Digital Realty’s portfolio and ensuring that every transaction aligns with the company’s long-term strategic objectives and disciplined investment criteria. The team operates in a fast-paced, analytically rigorous environment where intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complexity across geographies and cultures are essential.

We are looking for a team member to join our Acquisitions & Investment Team. The team works in a mostly project-based format, so they will be working with a senior member of the team who will be leading the project/deal. This role is ideal for an ambitious, intellectually curious professional who thrives in environments that reward good judgment, creative thinking, and personal ownership. You will play a central role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Lead or support the end-to-end evaluation of acquisition and investment opportunities, including market screening, target identification, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution

  • Develop and present investment recommendations to senior leadership, demonstrating sound judgment and the ability to articulate the “why” behind conclusions

  • Conduct rigorous financial analysis, including valuation, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis

  • Manage due diligence workstreams, coordinating with legal, tax, finance, and operational teams to surface key risks and opportunities

  • Prepare and review investment committee materials, ensuring analytical rigor and clarity of communication

  • Provide ad hoc / analytical support for the executive leadership team

  • Build and maintain relationships with advisors, intermediaries, and industry contacts to support deal origination
