1. Processing Accounting Support Tasks - 80%
Working under the director of supervisor, processes tasks related to client accounting and billing services.
Follows established processes and procedures to complete routine daily tasks related to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations, and reconciling the billing system to the underwriting system.
Exercise problem solving skills to resolve problems with low complexity. Escalate mid-to-high level complexity to senior team members and/or supervisor, as needed.
2. Client Service and Communication - 10%
Receives and handles client requests via inbound email.
Respond promptly to client needs, maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring a positive client experience.
Answers questions professionally and assists clients by completing a task or process for them.
3. Teamwork and Collaboration - 10%
Collaborates with co-workers and supervisors to meet client needs and contribute to achievement of internal team goals.
Looks for opportunities to improve processes to better support client and build knowledge and expertise in underwriting.
