Functional Requirement:
1) Minimum 1-4 years in Finance and Accounts (F&A) business / organization / service line.
2) Should have Strong acumen on General Ledger Accounting process knowledge end to end, w.r.t to P&L Close; Month-End Activities, Posting Journals, adjustments, Bank/ Cash Reconciliations, etc.
3) Strong command over communication (written and verbal) to work with multiple functions across business, should have worked with international business / people Especially. USA / UK / AUS/ EU countries; ability to drive meetings etc.
4) Team Player & Commitment towards role and responsibility; detailed oriented; willing to work night shifts.
5) Should be open to night shifts and flexible with shift time extensions based on business and deliverable requirements as a part of role expectations.
6) Should be reflexive in thought processes and able to suggest business for process improvements and better ways to improve efficiencies on deliverables.

s:
1) Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
2) Provide accounting and analytical support for Director of Finance and corporate accounting team.
3) Address accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting results.
4) Prepare monthly journal entries, financial reports, account reconciliations, & other ad hoc projects.
5) Implement and improve accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes.

Technical Skills:
1. Should have worked on any of ERP applications: Peoplesoft; Oracle; SAP, etc.
2. Proficient in using PC applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
a. Highly proficient on Reporting work with large amounts of data, mostly in Excel**
b. Proficient in Excel with the ability to build Pivot Tables, lookups and build/present charts**
3. Analytically strong and attention to detail and able to maintain data confidentiality.
Academic Background: Graduate in Commerce, such as B. Com; M. Com; MBA Finance; University Accounting certification; etc.


Shift Timings: 06:00 pm -03:00 am IST- Indian Time (EST - 08:30 am to 05:30 pm)
