Associate AccountingWhat awaits you:* Process billings for Kautex Inc.* Processing and investigating A/P and A/R including bad debts* Set up manual invoices (tools, development services, protoyptes, etc.) as needed* Perform fixed asset accounting for Kautex, Inc.* Assist in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes* Assist in the monthly consolidations for Kautex, Inc.* Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts* Select payroll processing duties * Ensure compliance with Textron and Kautex policies and procedures

Qualifications

What you'll need to succeed:* BS degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Business* SAP R/3 experience is essential; we'll be transitioning to SAP Hana* Microsoft Office fluency - especially Excel* Experience with Hyperion financial reporting* Minimum of 1-2 years experience in accounting or finance role; preferably in manufacturing industry Benefits* Comprehensive benefits plan choices* Plant bonus opportunity* Clean, climate controlled facility* Vacation time provided at hire* Benefits eligibility at hire AI Readiness:Textron expects employees to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively.
