We are looking foran enthusiasticAssociateAccountant to join ourFinance team. This role involvesassistingwith financial transactions recording,communicating with external stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and collaborating with the finance team to meetdeadlines

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Prepare andmaintainaccuratefinancial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

  • Work with the team on the month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage Credit Card and receipts, and post payments in NetSuite

  • Process accounts receivable, accounts payable transactions, communicate with external stakeholders

  • Support the finance team with auditing,inventoryandclosingprocesses

  • Collaborate with the order processing team to ensure orders are accurately managed and closed on time.

  • Performsadditionalduties and ad hoc projects as needed to support departmental and organizational objectives

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent practical experience.

  • First experiencesinaccounting, preferably in a corporate environment.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (HGB,Steuerrecht,IFRS).

  • Proficiencyin accountingsoftware (NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger activities as well as bookkeeping procedures

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to be poised and polished under pressure

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams with excellent written and verbal English communication skills. German skills are a plus.

Salary Range *:51-58k EUR annually
