The Product You'll Work On

LIFE by PulsePoint™ everything you need to plan, activate, analyze, and optimize digital healthcare advertising campaigns, in one platform. Our proprietary data targeting solutions are the backbone for thousands of healthcare brands seeking instant access to forecast, target, and engage DTC and HCP audiences at scale.

The Role

Associate Account Managers at PulsePoint are the foundation of our client services team. This is an entry point into a technically demanding, post-sales environment where you will learn the full campaign lifecycle from the ground up.
Every AAM will own client accounts. When that happens depends on your background, readiness, and the needs of the business. It could come in your first few months or further into the track, but it is always the direction you are heading. The Rocket Program is designed to make sure you are ready when the moment comes.
In the meantime, your day-to-day may lean toward supporting experienced AMs on operational tasks, stepping into client-facing work, or some combination of both. Either way, you are building toward the same outcome.
Our AM team's mission: Ensure lifelong success of our customers by providing exceptional customer service at every touch point.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will grow as you do. Early on, you can expect a mix of the following.
Client Relationship Management
  • Support Account Managers in day-to-day client communication and post-sale requests as you build your foundation.
  • Participate in client kick-off calls, campaign check-ins, and business reviews, stepping into a lead role as your confidence and experience grow.
  • Proactively identify client needs and bring forward tailored recommendations to drive campaign success.
  • Take on direct client ownership as readiness and business need align
Campaign Operations & Technical Execution
  • Assist with pixel coordination, asset gathering, and campaign launch checklists.
  • Partner with Campaign Management and Platform Solutions to monitor delivery, pacing, and performance against client KPIs.
  • Support monthly campaign and Salesforce audits (QA of 1P and 3P delivery, restriction compliance, and data accuracy).
  • Learn to identify and communicate platform, reporting, and data discrepancies to internal teams and clients.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Build familiarity with LIFE Report Builder, Tableau, DCM, and other analytics platforms.
  • Assist in generating and scheduling campaign and NPI-level reporting per client requirements.
  • Develop the ability to troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and escalate with context.
Client Documentation, Revenue, & Billing Support
  • Support monthly billing workflows including pulling delivery data and reconciling against IOs.
  • Learn Salesforce opportunity and line item management as a foundation for future account ownership.
  • Assist with DUAs, FIAs, TPAs, and legal paperwork as needed.
Cross-Functional Learning & Collaboration
  • Sit embedded with Campaign Management, Platform Solutions, Data Analytics, and Operations: learning how each team contributes to campaign success.
  • Participate in product release testing and surface client feedback via BRAIN tickets as you develop product fluency.
  • Build a thorough understanding of the PulsePoint product suite to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities over time.

The Rocket Program

The Rocket Program is PulsePoint's structured development track for Associate Account Managers. It is a performance-based growth path with defined check-in points every six months, designed to take you from onboarding and foundational training all the way to full account ownership and promotion to Account Manager.
You won't just grow in title: your compensation grows with you at every Rocket Jump. The program is designed to reward performance and readiness along a designated timeline.
