Our next Associate Account Manager is someone who takes pride in doing the work well, isn’t afraid to ask questions, and knows that small details lead to big outcomes. You keep your cool under pressure, genuinely enjoy working with clients, and approach every challenge with curiosity and a positive attitude.

THE WORK

• Partner with Account Managers on day-to-day client communications and updates
• Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables across multiple projects
• Ensure all creative work is buttoned up, on-brand, and client-ready
• Help lead internal and client-facing meetings, including building agendas and follow-ups
• Work with media partners to promote assets and track performance
• Assist in monthly billing and time tracking to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
  
  

Requirements

• Passionate about client relationships
• A natural verbal and written communicator who’s clear, confident, and collaborative
• Highly organized
• Detail-obsessed
• Energized by fast-moving environments
• Able to learn quickly and nimbly
• Willing to jump in and help
• Knows tools like ClickUp, Dropbox, Google Analytics, Meta Ads,
• 1–2 years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or creative agency
