Software Engineer (Full Stack) – EMS

Budget: PLN 20,000 gross per month + 5% annual bonus

The Team:

The Entitlement Management System (EMS) team builds core platform services that power shared capabilities across the organization, including user and license management, authorization and authentication, and internal and customer-facing admin tools. The team works in a collaborative, Agile environment focused on scalable engineering, cloud-native architecture, and high-quality delivery across both frontend and backend domains.

The Impact:

This role directly contributes to the development of mission-critical platform services used by multiple products and teams across the business. You will help deliver secure, high-performing, and maintainable solutions that support high-load processing environments—some handling approximately 3 million transactions per day with response times around 200 milliseconds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance cloud-native applications across frontend and backend layers, contributing to reliable and maintainable end-to-end solutions running in AWS.
• Build and improve UI components using modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React, including work within a micro frontends architecture.
• Develop and maintain backend services using C# .NET Core and Web APIs, and integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and shared platform services.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, Agile Scrum ceremonies, and engineering best practices to continuously improve existing solutions and team delivery.
• Implement automated tests for frontend and backend components, and support quality, performance, and maintainability through adherence to development standards.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes to support deployments, and assist with production support activities including monitoring, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and technical documentation.

What We’re Looking For

Key qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of software development experience, including hands-on work across frontend and backend tasks.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular or React) and backend development using .NET Core / Web API.
• Understanding of REST APIs, basic microservices architecture, AWS, and modern software delivery practices.

Key soft skills:

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of assigned work.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with Product Owners, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving ability, with a focus on usability, performance, and maintainability.
• Good spoken and written English (B1+/B2 level), with the ability to communicate clearly in a distributed team environment.

The Location:

This role is intended for candidates based in Poland. The specific work model and office expectations can be confirmed during the recruitment process.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

Accuris states that the anticipated base salary budget for this position is PLN 20,000 gross per month, plus a target 5% annual bonus. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s experience, qualifications, and local market alignment.
