Junior Associate - Energy
Requirements
•Law degree and professional license
•No more thanthreeyearssinceobtaining the lawdegree
•Professional experience in corporate, transactional, energy, orrelated legal matters
•Experience in energyprojectsor natural resourcesispreferred
•Advanced English proficiency
•Excellent analyticalskills, attentiontodetail, and legal draftingabilities
•Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
•Participate in mergers, acquisitions, and othercorporatetransactions
•Draft and reviewagreements, contracts, and othertransactionaldocuments
•Conduct legal duediligence in connectionwithcorporatetransactions and energyprojects
•Assistwithregulatorymattersrelatedto the energy sector.
•Participate in the structuring and development ofenergyprojects
•Coordinate and follow up ontransactionswithclients, externaladvisers, and authorities
•Prepare legal memoranda, opinions, and research
•Work directly with shareholders and senior associates on the execution of complex matters.
