Job Description

1. Recruitment Needs Analysis:
- Communicate with department heads to understand and confirm recruitment needs and job requirements.
- Assist in formulating recruitment plans to ensure the recruitment process complies with company policies and standards.
2. Talent Search and Screening:
- Use various recruitment channels (such as job boards, social media, campus recruitment, etc.) to search for potential candidates.
- Screen resumes according to job requirements to ensure they meet company standards.
3. Interview Arrangement and Execution:
- Arrange and assist with initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability.
- Assist department heads in conducting technical interviews and provide interview evaluation reports.
4. Recruitment Process Management:
- Ensure each stage of the recruitment process proceeds smoothly and follow up on candidates' progress in a timely manner.
- Maintain the recruitment system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
5. Recruitment Strategy and Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, provide recruitment strategy recommendations, and improve recruitment efficiency.
- Analyze recruitment data, develop improvement plans, and optimize the recruitment process.
6. Internal Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with department heads and the HR team to understand recruitment needs and provide support.
- Participate in recruitment meetings, share progress and challenges, and propose solutions.
7. Candidate Relationship Management:
- Maintain good relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Follow up on candidates' onboarding process and assist new employees in integrating smoothly into the company.
