Our Quantity surveying Team at RLB proactively manage the cost of a building project, from the initial design stages through to the building’s completion and sometimes even the costs incurred through maintenance and operation, once the building is up and running. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service to our clients and enjoy long term relationships with a large majority.
We are a sector focused business actively operating and investing in Commercial, Residential, Education, Sports, Nuclear, Healthcare and Retail clients and projects. Surveyors work in close contact with the client, advising them on financial and legal matters that arise during the project.
of Role:
We are currently recruiting for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join the Thames Valley office based in Winnersh Triangle. This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre individual to join and strengthen our Quantity Surveying team and help to deliver a top class service for a range of clients.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to take responsibility for providing all core Quantity Surveying services on a number of interesting projects, for a number of clients across a variety of sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, Residential and Higher Education.
