1. Production Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts and order requirements.
- Monitor production progress to ensure timely completion of production tasks.
2. Material Management:
- Coordinate material requirements to ensure timely supply of materials needed for production.
- Communicate with procurement to resolve material supply issues and ensure uninterrupted production.
3. Production Process Monitoring:
- Supervise responsible units to resolve routine issues in the production process and ensure smooth production operations.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze production data, and adjust production arrangements at any time based on production efficiency and product characteristics.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, quality management, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
- Participate in production meetings and provide the latest information on production plans and progress.
