Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Strategy: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights and develop actionable strategies aligned with client needs.
Research & Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic recommendations.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of business strategies, ensuring that data, insights, and operational realities align with client objectives.
Project Coordination: Support in project planning and execution in different areas of the company, coordinating team of advisors and employees
Financial Analysis: Assist in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis to support key business decisions.
Reporting & Presentations: Prepare clear and compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership and client stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align business goals, manage project execution, and identify areas for improvement.
Execution & Problem Solving: Take an active role in driving initiatives forward, focusing on execution and ensuring timely delivery of results.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
A Masters degree is a plus.
Skills:
Strategic Mindset: Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to apply the 80/20 principle to drive results.
Data Proficiency: Comfortable working with data, able to translate data into insights, strategy, and implementation. Strong data-driven decision-making.
