AssociateThis role supports one of Portland’s leading industrial brokerage teams in business development, market research, and client service. You will help drive new opportunities, prepare for client engagements, and contribute to leasing and sales assignments throughout the Portland Metro industrial market.
About the Team
The Watt/Clay Team represents both tenants and landlords in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial properties in the Portland, Oregon market and across the country. They have a proven track record of completing some of the largest industrial lease transactions in the market, and have executed more than 11 million square feet of leasing activity since 2008.
As members of Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics, Food & Beverage, and Land specialty practice groups, the team stays closely connected to national market trends affecting supply chain dynamics, industrial development, and client operations. Their rigorous, results‑driven approach ensures they deliver strategic, high‑quality solutions for every assignment.

This position is a draw/commission compensation structure
Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, date of hire, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
