The client is a private venture capital firm focused on early stage start ups in Thailand and South East Asia. They are a young and rapidly growing company with a portfolio across food and hospitality, digital platforms and e-commerce, healthcare and clean tech.

The client is growing fast and is looking to take on high calibre associates and business analysts to help source, evaluate, and execute investments. Responsibilities

• Source and identify compelling new investment opportunities.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including market research, financial modeling, and competitor analysis.

• Build a strong investment thesis and present compelling cases to the investment committee.

• Actively participate in deal negotiation and execution.

• Manage and maintain relationships with startup founders and industry players.

• Support portfolio companies with strategic guidance and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Analyst or Associate in top tier Investment Banking, Consulting or Venture Capital / CVC / corporate development

• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise Excel proficiency is a must.

• Business acumen and a passion for disruptive technologies and innovation.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ideally a demonstrated track record of deal sourcing and due diligence execution.

• A strong network of relationships with startup founders is an advantage.

• Native Thai, Fluent English
