Work experience

• International/ corporate tax experience with a public accounting or advisory firm or similar organization,
• Experience in Transfer Pricing or CbCR preparation
• BEPS Pillar 2 experience is preferred

Roles & responsibilities

Working as a Associate Consultant in this team, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of Pillar 2 (Global Minimum Tax) GloBE Information returns for various countries
• Preparation of Corporate Income tax returns for various countries including US
• Also Responsible for preparation of the workpapers and filings for Pillar 2 and preparation of tax adjustment calculations.

Mandatory technical & functional skills

• Good academic knowledge on local tax laws as well as US GAAP and IFRS framework is preferred
• Ability to research technical topics efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to read and understand financial statements
• Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Project and Team management exposure

• Credible record of operating as an independent contributor and also working as part of a team during larger projects

Educational qualifications

• CA / CPA / ACCA with 0-1 year of exp
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university or CA Intermediate with 2-3 years of exp
