The Associate Software Engineer, D&T, Mobile Apps Dev supports the design, development, testing, and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications. The role works closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while building technical expertise in .NET MAUI and related technologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Cross-Platform Mobile Development – Participate in the development and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI or equivalent frameworks for iOS, Android, and Windows platforms.
• User Interface Development – Assist in implementing responsive and intuitive user interfaces based on approved UI/UX designs and standards.
• API Integration and Data Connectivity – Support integration of RESTful APIs and OData services while ensuring reliable and secure data communication.
• Requirements Understanding and Implementation – Work with business analysts, product owners, and senior developers to understand and implement business requirements.
• Agile Development Participation – Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• CI/CD and Deployment Support – Assist with build, test, and deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution – Investigate and resolve software defects, bugs, and performance issues under guidance from senior engineers.
• Testing and Quality Assurance – Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing – Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities.
• Continuous Learning and Adaptability – Learn emerging technologies and continuously improve technical and professional skills.

Additional Responsibilities

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

  • 0–2 years of software development experience.

  • Internship or academic project experience in mobile development preferred

Work Experience

• No min required 1+ years of related work experience required

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• • Basic understanding of .NET MAUI, Xamarin, Flutter, React Native, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with C#, .NET technologies, and object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile application integration.
  • Exposure to Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of software testing concepts and frameworks such as NUnit or xUnit.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is a plus.
  • Basic awareness of Azure cloud technologies and AI services.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global and collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to learn enterprise technologies such as SAP and Microsoft Fabric.
