What you'll do

You will act as the single regional point of contact for commercial partnerships and business development across therapy areas, turning regional priorities into value-creating partnerships and deals.

  • Manage the performance of APAC’s commercial partnership portfolio, developing a performance model with clear KPIs and trigger points, and working with local alliance managers to diagnose issues and co-develop win-win solutions.
  • Identify and lead inorganic growth opportunities within and adjacent to the existing portfolio, aligned to the APAC Game Plan and regional business priorities.
  • Lead contract (re)negotiations for current and new deals, serving as lead negotiator or chief advisor depending on deal size, type and geography, and aligning stakeholders across local, regional and IO levels.
  • Act as regional steward of partnership governance, running the APAC BD Committee and co-owning the External Regional Joint Steering Committee with partners to ensure strong, value-adding collaboration.
  • Build alliance management capability across markets by developing an APAC partnerships playbook, delivering workshops and training, and sharing learnings and best practices with IO Business Development.
  • Work closely with the Associate Director of Commercial Insights, Analytics and Alliances to ground partnership strategy in sound insights, forecasts and commercial models.

Who you'll work with

Your closest partners will be local Alliance Managers across APAC markets, the IO Business Development team, and regional marketing and commercial colleagues. Externally, you will represent Novo Nordisk in negotiations with partners and alliances and co-lead the External Regional Joint Steering Committee.

Based in Singapore, you will work across markets, functions and organisational levels – bringing perspectives together, creating clarity around priorities and helping teams move from insight to action.
