
As Assoc Pricing & Strategic Projects Manager, you turn pricing analysis and financial insight into decisions that support growth and profitability across International Operations. You shape pricing strategies, lead cross-functional projects and simplify how commercial processes run. Your work brings clarity to performance against short- and long-term targets, helping teams act with confidence and creating value that ultimately supports people living with serious chronic diseases.

Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or consumer healthcare industries.
You will be part of the Pricing team at Bangalore Affiliate office, working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Regional teams. The team drives pricing strategy, commercial excellence and strategic initiatives to support sustainable growth and profitability through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
Your closest partners will be local management, along with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and other cross-functional teams across the Business Unit. By leveraging data, business understanding and strong interpersonal skills, you will help drive value creation for the Business Unit and the company — working in a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere that supports professional growth.
You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your analysis directly shapes commercial decisions and your voice is valued.
