Work closely with CARS operation team to develop short term and long-range business plan
Responsible for the monthly forecast and annual planning of CARS factory
Continuously optimize and streamline forecasting process
Improve the accuracy of financial forecast
Assessing business risks and opportunities in driving continuous cost reduction and plan target completion
Preparing cash flow and payback analysis for asset investment
Monitor and tracking operation results providing effective suggestions in daily operation, generating the actions/measures to achieve productivity target
Support to drive improvement in asset management performance and work with operations to achieve payment and inventory management target
Responsible for functional cost analysis
Prepare and coordinate monthly operation reviews (MOR) and productivity review
