採用コーディネーター

• 中途採用面接の日程調整 リクルーター、Hiring Manager、候補者と連携し、最適な日程で面接を調整 面接官への案内および会議設定 面接プロセスの進捗管理
• 候補者とのコミュニケーション対応 面接案内や各種連絡の実施 問い合わせ対応
• 採用関連資料の作成および管理

HR Project

• 研修・イベント運営に関するロジスティクス業務 会場手配、参加者管理、各種調整
• プロジェクト進捗管理および関係者との連携
• 各種データ集計、資料作成、レポート作成
• 業務プロセス改善・効率化のサポート

その他

• Talent Acquisition（TA）業務全般のサポート
• 社内外ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション
• 採用イベント・説明会の運営サポート
