Job Description

This is a full-time onsite role based in the location(s) posted and is performed from the designated work location five days per week. No relocation is offered.

The Associate Director-Product Management & Development role will lead the strategy, development, growth, and lifecycle management of AT&T’s Fixed Wireless product portfolio for business customers. The role has broad business ownership, including portfolio strategy and roadmap, P&L performance, business cases and investment decisions, pricing and competitive strategy, product development and launches, subscriber growth, and go-to-market execution. The leader will work extensively across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations, and other product teams to grow Fixed Wireless and expand converged mobility relationships.

We are looking for an experienced product and business leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong financial and analytical skills, translate customer and market insights into investment and product decisions, lead complex cross-functional initiatives, communicate effectively with senior executives, and develop a team. Relevant experience in fixed wireless, wireless, broadband, telecommunications, or converged connectivity would be particularly valuable.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Define and execute the fixed wireless product strategy, multi-year portfolio roadmap, investment priorities, and market differentiation plan, while managing timing, dependencies, funding decisions, and delivery risks.
  • Drive fixed wireless subscriber growth and converged mobility attach by identifying high-opportunity customer segments and locations, working with Sales to target them, and launching programs that expand converged relationships and reduce churn.
  • Lead product development from concept through launch, including user stories, requirements, technical development, testing, beta, controlled introduction, and general availability.
  • Own portfolio P&L performance, including forecasting, revenue optimization, cost management, expense allocation, revenue attribution, KPIs, performance reporting, and corrective actions.
  • Develop and oversee business cases for new products, capabilities, offers, and capital investments; review assumptions, pressure-test financial models, and evaluate competitive and adjacent-market impacts.
  • Conduct ongoing customer, competitive, and market analysis—including offers, pricing, positioning, and industry trends—to guide product strategy, pricing, differentiation, and investment priorities.
  • Identify customer and seller experience improvements that reduce friction and churn, strengthen adoption, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Drive go-to-market execution with Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Technology, and other partners, including positioning, value proposition, channel readiness, launch performance, and aligned compensation strategies.
  • Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations, business updates, and decision recommendations to senior leadership and AT&T officers.
  • Lead direct reports and cross-functional teams by setting priorities, developing talent, and creating accountability for business and delivery outcomes.

What you’ll need:

  • Demonstrated success leading complex product or portfolio initiatives, with strong financial judgment, analytical capability, and executive-level communication.
  • Proven ability to influence across functions, lead and develop teams, and turn customer, market, financial, and technology insights into clear decisions and measurable outcomes.
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in product management, product development, portfolio management, or a related field.
