Responsible for leading a centralized team who builds, evolves, and operationalizes omnichannel marketing capabilities for all Neurocrine products, focused on HCP and Consumer/Patient audiences.
This role combines strategic capability development with hands-on delivery oversight, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with business and customer needs. The position partners cross-functionally to drive process optimization, scale best practices, and enable high-quality omnichannel experiences through strong people leadership, operational excellence, and continuous innovation.

Lead the enterprise omnichannel capabilities function, responsible for building, scaling, and operationalizing cross-channel marketing capabilities that enable personalized, data-driven customer engagement across brands and audiences
Lead the evolution of scalable omnichannel operating models, including modular content strategies, design systems, workflow automation, governance frameworks, and integrated production processes that improve speed, consistency, personalization, and efficiency
Oversee omnichannel operations, including prioritization, resource planning, vendor management, and delivery of cross-channel marketing campaigns
Drive innovation and continuous capability advancement, with a focus on AI-enabled marketing, content automation, personalization, and next best action orchestration
Lead evaluation, implementation, and integration of marketing technology platforms, including customer data platform, content management systems, marketing automation, consent management, and marketing analytics
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing omnichannel capabilities team, fostering innovation, operational excellence, strategic thinking, and continuous development
Drive adoption and maturity of omnichannel capabilities through change management, stakeholder alignment, training, measurement frameworks, and operational integration into commercial ways of working
Manage relationships with external agencies and technology vendors.
Provide omnichannel and digital marketing expertise and consultative guidance to omnichannel strategy leads and brand marketing teams
Partner cross-functionally with omnichannel strategists, marketing, analytics, IT, legal, operations, and external partners to deliver capabilities and campaigns
Perform other duties as assigned
BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business or related field and 10+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, including experience analytics oversite; including search, CRM, social media and Google analytics. Experience with marketing automation and client database management experience. Proven results with planning, execution and optimization of SEO, social and online marketing programs and initiatives. digital marketing management and hands on experience, preferably with a pharmaceutical or biotech organization; other digital experience will also be considered. Master’s or MBA Preferred and 8+ years of similar experience noted above
Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing management within a pharmaceutical or Biotech organization
Expertise in scalable content operations, modular content, workflow optimization, governance, and production frameworks
Understanding of data-driven marketing, audience segmentation, performance analytics, next best action/personalization, and AI-enabled marketing capabilities
Experience with marketing technology ecosystems including CRM (Veeva Vault CRM), CMS (Contentful), marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), analytics (Google Analytics, PowerBI), consent management (OneTrust), and/or other emerging technologies
Understanding of unique dynamics of digital marketing in the FDA regulated pharmaceutical or biotech industry (preferred)
Leadership and people management, including coaching, performance management, and team development
Anticipates business and industry issues; recommends relevant process / technical / service improvements
Excellent communications, problem-solving, analytical thinking skills
Sees broader picture and longer-term impact on commercial organization.
Ability to meet multiple deadlines across a variety of projects/programs, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
Excellent project management, strong project leadership skills

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $171,800.00-$235,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
