Your new role
As the Associate Director, Finance & Operations (F&O), you will be the strategic finance partner to the Norwegian leadership team, steering and executing the strategic direction for Novo Nordisk Norway. In collaboration with your team, you will lead pivotal change projects within the organisation, taking charge of Business Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commercial Excellence, and Business Operations incl. onsite IT as a key business partner.
In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager and be a member of the Novo Nordisk Norway Leadership Team. This position is office-based and located in Oslo, Norway.

Novo Nordisk Norwegian affiliate belongs to Business Area West, which is part of the broader Region Europe and Canada (EUCAN). It is a rapidly growing the business in a dynamic organization of around 85 employees dedicated to solidifying Novo Nordisk’s market presence through the launch of innovative products and enhancing patient access. Looking ahead, we have outlined ambitious plans for sustainable growth that leverages our successes while prioritizing key elements of performance and leadership in the fields of obesity and diabetes.
