  • Lead end-to-end supply chain process transformation across Made-to-Stock (MTS), Made-to-Order (MTO), and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) business & operating models, driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct business process and solution architecture assessments to identify opportunities that improve service, inventory performance, productivity, and operational effectiveness across the value chain.

  • Develop inventory optimization strategies, including MEIO (Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization), inventory segmentation, safety stock policies, and replenishment methodologies.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions through collaboration with technology and development teams, leveraging automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.

  • Lead cross-functional transformation programs and strategic initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, execution discipline, and achievement of business outcomes.

  • Drive complexity reduction initiatives, including SKU rationalization, portfolio optimization, planning parameter governance, and supply chain simplification efforts.

  • Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, analytics, business cases, and benefit-tracking methodologies that support executive decision-making and value realization.

  • Partner with Master Data Management teams to improve data quality, governance, and accessibility across planning and operational systems.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and digital leadership by providing strategic recommendations, identifying transformation opportunities, and helping define long-term business and technology priorities
