Salary Range:

Kč1,288,241.50 - Kč2,392,448.50As Associate Director, DDIT P&O Solution Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in transforming People & Organization capabilities through innovative technology, trusted partnerships, and seamless service delivery. You will lead the delivery and optimization of business-critical platforms, drive operational excellence, and help unlock business value through modern digital solutions, ensuring an exceptional user experience while enabling Novartis to reimagine medicine and improve lives globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of People & Organization technology solutions, platforms, and business-critical services.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to shape demand, evaluate solutions, and define delivery roadmaps.
  • Drive successful delivery of projects and operations within scope, budget, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value, scalability, and exceptional user experiences.
  • Practical understanding or demonstrable interest in AI and digital innovation
  • Lead DevOps practices to maximize platform availability, performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish effective governance frameworks and maintain strong stakeholder engagement across initiatives.
  • Monitor service levels, key performance indicators, and outcomes to drive operational excellence.
  • Champion adoption of Agile, Product Management, and DevOps ways of working.
  • Oversee application lifecycle management, portfolio optimization, and technology modernization efforts. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, audit, and risk management requirements across all services.

Essential Requirements

  • Extensive experience delivering enterprise technology solutions and managing complex business applications.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business and technology teams.
  • Proven experience leading technology operations, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and product-oriented operating models.
  • Experience governing technology portfolios, application lifecycle management, and performance metrics.
  • Solid knowledge of information security, compliance, risk management, and audit readiness requirements.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience supporting People & Organization (Human Resources) technology platforms in a global enterprise environment.
  • Experience driving digital transformation initiatives using cloud-based and emerging technologies.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 1,288,241.50 - 2,392,448.50 CZK

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
