Key Responsibilities
Drive technology delivery strategy for ERP ATTP platforms, systems, and business processes.
Partner with stakeholders to evaluate demand, define solutions, and estimate project investments.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, reusable solutions.
Ensure secure, compliant, on-time, and high-quality delivery across the technology portfolio.
Maximize business value by maintaining fit-for-purpose platforms, services, and products.
Lead DevOps operations to ensure system reliability, availability, and optimal performance.
Establish governance frameworks and drive effective stakeholder engagement across initiatives.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, service-level agreements, and delivery outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement through innovation, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Oversee application lifecycle management, user experience, problem resolution, and ongoing optimization.
Essential Requirement :
10+ years of experience in SAP consulting and global implementation programs within complex international environments.
Deep expertise in SAP ATTP, including serialization, Track & Trace, and global regulatory compliance requirements.
Strong knowledge of GS1 standards, serialization file formats, and country-specific Track & Trace regulations.
Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and system designs.
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP modules (PP, MM, SD, WM) and ATTP integration landscapes.
Expertise in integrating SAP ATTP with SAP ICH, TraceLink, middleware platforms, CMOs, and 3PL partners.
Strong understanding of ATTP master data, transactional data, reporting, data migration, archival, and S/4HANA transformation strategies.
Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain processes impacted by serialization and Track & Trace requirements.
Desirable Requirement:
University degree or adequate equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business/technical and SAP knowledge in specified module(s)/process areas.
Good understanding how those functional areas relate to each other, the master data objects that they are using, but also how they integrate to: MM (Materials Management) Quality & Batch Management PP-PI (Production Planning Process Industry).
