Your new role
As an Associate Analyst in S2P Customer Excellence, you will be at the heart of our Procure-to-Pay value chain – managing queries, driving process improvements, and ensuring our vendors, local finance teams, and lines of business receive timely, accurate support. You will play a key role in standardising processes, identifying compliance risks, and partnering across Finance GBS to deliver efficiency and automation.

  • Driving process standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement by collaborating with stakeholders across Finance GBS
  • Maintaining accurate process documentation for query management and creating adequate backups to reduce people dependency
  • Coordinating with GL/CBS teams during month-end closure and payment-related matters, and supporting team members in resolving complex issues
  • Managing daily work allocation to ensure no backlog, while meeting all defined KPIs at both process and individual level
  • Providing technical support on SAP and Smart Scan, reviewing end-to-end task completion, and contributing to monthly stakeholder meetings alongside Team Leads

Your new department
In Finance, Legal & Global Solutions, we enable Novo Nordisk to fulfil our purpose by safeguarding the business, providing corporate infrastructure, and driving value creation. We pride ourselves on being responsive, accurate, and proactive – a team where collaboration, accountability, and a quality mindset come together to deliver a seamless Procure-to-Pay experience for stakeholders worldwide.

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who combines deep P2P expertise with a collaborative, improvement-driven mindset. To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • 7-8 years of hands-on experience in the Procure-to-Pay value chain in a leading organisation, with in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end P2P process and a high-level understanding of the wider Source-to-Pay landscape
  • Practical experience working with SAP ERP systems ( S4 Hana/ Coupa/ Servicenow/ Salesforce), along with strong technical accounting, systems, and process skills
  • Solid knowledge of accounting documentation and transaction links, internal control concepts, Sarbox approach, and audit material
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) in English, with the ability to navigate large organisations and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office), including a working understanding of PowerPoint and Excel
  • A self-driven, problem-solving and quality-focused mindset, with the ability to influence, prioritise, and coordinate effectively within a team
