Under the guidance and supervision of the center Operations Manager, the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) provides support, mentoring, and leadership to program participants, ensures the Work Therapy Unit (WTU) operates efficiently, provides daily assistance with logistics, production planning, and quality assurance, and maintains a safe and healthy work environment. The AOM also directly oversees daily activities in Operations Manager in their absence.
