Aufgaben

Übernahme generalistischer Assistenzaufgaben für die Bereichsleitung Marketing, das internationale Marketingteam sowie den Standort München
Schwerpunktmäßige Terminkoordination sowie Administration in den Bereichen Buchhaltung und HR
Erstellung von Präsentationen und Protokollen
Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Austauschen und Events für die internationale Marketing-Community
Ansprechpartnerfunktion für Officemanagementthemen innerhalb des Teams sowie Mitarbeit in Projekten
Wahrnehmung einer zentralen Schnittstellenfunktion zu internen und externen Ansprechpartnern sowie angrenzenden Bereichen
Übernahme von Aufgaben im Office- und Feel-Good-Management am Standort München Europark, einschließlich Unterstützung des Facilitymanagements (Ausstattung, Catering) sowie Impulsgebung für eine positive Arbeitsatmosphäre und kleine Events

Profil

Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie Fähigkeit zum parallelen Management mehrerer Aufgaben
Freude an der Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit Menschen
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Vorhandene Berufserfahrung sowie strukturierte, gewissenhafte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Bereitschaft zur aktiven Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Aufgaben im Büroalltag
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
