Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Assistente Pessoal based in Brazil.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and proactive professional to provide personal and administrative support to an executive in a dynamic, remote-first environment. The role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, coordinating priorities, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. You will work independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain efficiency and organization. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Although the role is primarily remote, occasional in-person activities are required based on business needs. Accountabilities:

    • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, events, and key deadlines to ensure an organized executive schedule.
    • Oversee email management by reviewing, prioritizing, and assisting with timely responses.
    • Organize digital documents and maintain accurate filing systems for efficient information management.
    • Coordinate personal and business-related purchases when required.
    • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external partners to manage requests and ongoing activities.
    • Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support while helping streamline executive operations.
    • Requirements

      • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.
      • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
      • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
      • Proficiency with digital productivity tools, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task management platforms such as Trello or Asana.
      • Ability to work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
      • Intermediate English proficiency.
      • Knowledge of personal financial administration, including expense tracking and payment management.
      • Reliable personal computer, stable internet connection, and an appropriate remote working environment.
      • Availability for occasional in-person activities when required.
