Job Description

Responsabilidades Essenciais:

VAGA EXCLUSIVA PARA PESSOAS COM DEFICIÊNCIA (PCD)

  • Apoiar as rotinas operacionais e administrativas da área de assistência técnica de Grid Automation;
  • Receber, registrar, atualizar e acompanhar chamados, solicitações e ocorrências em sistemas e controles internos;
  • Direcionar demandas para os times responsáveis, de acordo com fluxos e orientações definidos;
  • Realizar acompanhamento do status de atendimentos, pendências, prazos e retornos aos solicitantes;
  • Dar suporte no envio, recebimento e conferência de documentos, relatórios e informações relacionadas aos atendimentos;
  • Atuar como ponto de apoio na interface entre clientes, equipe técnica, áreas administrativas, logística e demais áreas internas;
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento de materiais, equipamentos, peças ou documentos necessários para os atendimentos, conforme orientação da área;
  • Sinalizar pendências, atrasos, inconsistências de informação ou desvios de processo para os responsáveis.

Qualificações Requeridas:

  • Ensino médio completo; Superior em andamento em Administração, Logística, Eletrônica, Eletrotécnica, Automação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas será um diferencial.
  • Experiência prévia em rotinas administrativas, atendimento, suporte operacional, assistência técnica, customer service ou áreas correlatas;
  • Pacote Office;
  • Inglês Básico;
  • Espanhol Básico;
