Realizar diluição do sêmen em câmara fria para finalização do processo. Executar o envase do sêmen em palhetas já identificadas com nome e registro do animal e documentar em planilha a quantidade de palhetas produzidas e perdidas durante esse processo, mantendo o sêmen acondicionado em câmara fria. Executar a congelação do sêmen distribuindo as palhetas em rampas dentro de câmara fria, acompanhando a curva de congelação. Separar as doses congeladas para o Controle de Qualidade. Preparar botijões para envio ao setor de Distribuição. Abastecer cilindros e botijões com nitrogênio líquido. Higienizar os equipamentos e câmara fria após utilização na rotina de trabalho.
